FAQ
Quick answers for the most common questions about how Draft Hub works, how to set up your draft, and what to do if something seems locked.
How do I start using the site?
Set up your brands in Brand Setup, add wrestlers in Draft Pool, then go to Start Draft and click Start Draft. That unlocks the Draft Board and begins the draft flow.
Why can’t I open the Draft Board yet?
The Draft Board is intentionally locked until you click Start Draft. This makes sure your current draft settings are locked in first and helps avoid setup changes causing weird draft behavior.
What’s the difference between Master Roster and Draft Pool?
Master Roster is the full list of wrestlers you can pull from. Draft Pool is the smaller list you are actually drafting from. You can browse the Master Roster, search it, filter it, and add people into the Draft Pool as needed.
How do I add a lot of wrestlers quickly?
Use Draft Pool → Roster Actions → Add by Name. Enter one wrestler per line and the app will try to match those names against the Master Roster. You can also use Add All Visible from the Master Roster if your filters already show exactly the group you want.
How do custom wrestlers work?
Open Draft Pool → + Custom Wrestler, then enter a name, picture, overall, and alignment. Custom wrestlers are added to the Draft Pool immediately and also remain part of the Master Roster, so if you remove them from the pool later they still exist in your project.
Can I edit or delete custom wrestlers?
Yes, but only before the draft has officially started. Once you click Start Draft, custom wrestlers tied to the draft become locked so recap results and pick history stay stable.
Can I change brands after the draft starts?
Partially. After Start Draft, you can still change brand names, colors, and logos. What gets locked is brand activation, so you cannot enable a new brand or disable an active one mid-draft. If you need to change which teams are active, use Reset Draft.
What does Reset Draft do?
Reset Draft clears the active draft progress and fully unlocks setup again. It is the clean way to restart when you want to change which brands are enabled, change draft order, or begin a new draft flow. If you only want to empty the wrestler pool, use Clear Pool on the Draft Pool tab instead.
How do reserved picks and the coin flip work?
Each active brand gets its reserved picks first. If two brands try to reserve the same wrestler, the app uses the coin-flip conflict flow to decide who keeps that reserve slot. You can also choose Coin Flip in the Draft Order dropdown on the Start Draft page to determine the full order before the main draft begins.
Can I save and load my draft?
Yes. Use Save Draft in Brand Setup to export your draft as a file, then use Load Draft later to bring it back. This includes your brands, pool, custom wrestlers, and current draft progress.
Where do I report bugs or suggest features?
Use the Feedback tab. You can vote on features there and also send a direct bug report or suggestion through the built-in form.
